01Purposes of Processing
Seonham Labs (선함연구소, the “Company”) processes personal information for the following purposes in connection with operating its official website (seonhamlabs.com, the “Site”).
- Receiving and responding to inquiries
- Operating and improving the Site
- Fulfilling legal obligations and maintaining security
02Personal Information Processed
The Site can be used without creating an account, and collects only the minimum personal information set out below.

- When you contact us: email address, type of inquiry, content of the inquiry
- Collected automatically: access logs, IP address, cookies, date and time of visit, browser information
03Retention Period
The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved.
- Inquiry records: 3 years after the inquiry is resolved (consumer protection under the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」)
- Access logs: 3 months (Korean Protection of Communications Secrets Act, 「통신비밀보호법」)
04Provision to Third Parties
As a rule, the Company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties. Exceptions are made where required by law or where an investigative authority makes a lawful request.
05Outsourcing of Processing
To operate the Site smoothly, the Company outsources the processing of personal information as follows.
Processor: Cloudflare, Inc.
Work entrusted: website hosting and network management
06Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
You may exercise the following rights at any time.
- Request access to your personal information
- Request correction or deletion of your personal information
- Request suspension of processing
You can make a request by email (hello@seonhamlabs.com), and the Company will act on it without delay. Requests in English are welcome.
07Destruction of Personal Information
The Company destroys personal information without delay once it is no longer needed, for example because the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved.
Method of destruction
Information in electronic form is permanently deleted in a way that cannot be recovered or reproduced.
08Use of Cookies
The Company may use cookies to make the Site easier to use. You can refuse cookies through your browser settings.

The Company has designated the following privacy officer to oversee the processing of personal information and to handle complaints and remedies from data subjects.

Each individual service provided by the Company (such as Forest of Stones) has its own privacy policy. When you use such a service, please read that service’s policy — for example, the Forest of Stones Privacy Policy.
11Language Versions
This Privacy Policy was written in Korean. The English and Japanese versions are reference translations provided for your convenience. Where the Korean version and a translation differ, the Korean version applies.
12Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies from October 13, 2026. The previous policy applied from February 10, 2026 to October 12, 2026. Any change required by law or by Company policy will be announced on the Site at least 7 days before it takes effect.
