Website Terms of Use

Article 1Purpose

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Seonham Labs (선함연구소, the “Company”) and its users in relation to the use of the website operated by the Company (seonhamlabs.com, the “Site”).

Article 2Definitions

The terms used in these Terms have the following meanings.

• “Site” means the official Seonham Labs website provided by the Company.
• “User” means a person who accesses the Site and uses the information and services provided by the Company under these Terms.
• “Content” means all information posted on the Site (text, images, design and the like).

Article 3Effect and Amendment of the Terms

1. These Terms apply to every User of the Site.
2. The Company may amend these Terms where necessary, to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable law.
3. Where these Terms are amended, the Company will announce the changes through a notice on the Site from 7 days before the effective date.

Article 4Services Provided

1. Through the Site, the Company provides the following information and services.
   • Information about the Company and the services it operates
   • A means of sending inquiries
   • Other information services determined by the Company
2. The Site is intended to provide information and does not require an account.

Article 5Obligations of Users

1. Users must not do any of the following.
   • Provide false information when making an inquiry
   • Copy, distribute or commercially use information on the Site without permission
   • Infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party
   • Damage the reputation of, or interfere with the business of, the Company or a third party
2. Users must comply with applicable law and these Terms.

Article 6Copyright

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in all Content posted on the Site belong to the Company.
2. Users may not, without the Company’s prior consent, use Content provided on the Site by reproducing, transmitting, publishing, distributing or broadcasting it, or allow a third party to do so.

Article 7Disclaimer

1. The Company is not responsible where it cannot provide the Site because of a natural disaster or a comparable event of force majeure.
2. The Company is not responsible for any disruption in the use of the Site caused by the User.
3. The Company makes efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and reliable, but is not responsible for any loss suffered by a User as a result of that information.
4. External sites linked from the Site are not operated by the Company, and the Company is not responsible for the information or services on them.

Article 8Terms of Individual Services

Each individual service provided by the Company (such as Forest of Stones) has its own terms of service. When you use such a service, please read that service’s terms — for example, the Forest of Stones Terms of Service.

Article 9Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. Disputes concerning these Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea.
2. Any lawsuit concerning a dispute arising in connection with the use of the Site shall be brought before the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act (「민사소송법」).

Article 10Language Versions

1. These Terms were written in Korean.
2. The English and Japanese versions are reference translations provided for your convenience. Where the Korean version and a translation differ, the Korean version applies.
